Our Purpose: To connect out women in business, celebrate their accomplishments, and tap their strength to help elevate progress for all women in the workplace.
The first global network of LGBT+ women executives, OutWOMEN engages hundreds of LGBT+ women annually through open-to-all breakfast and lunch panels in New York, London, Hong Kong and Sydney; curated salon dinners for senior-level women only; and quarterly communiques and research.

OutWOMEN events are by invitation-only, and are open to senior and emerging LGBT+ women leaders. Breakfast panels and OutNEXT cocktails are open to all, while OutWOMEN’s off-the-record dinners are reserved for senior-level LGBT+ women and limited to 20 participants.
Impact
As the only global talent accelerator dedicated to connecting and promoting LGBT+ women in business, we seek to build a comprehensive database of those senior and emerging leaders, in order to provide networking and growth opportunities to the entire community. We also seek to connect member firms and sponsors to the OutWOMEN community, so that they can extend and leverage their own investment in women and leadership, while helping OutWOMEN fulfill its mission.
