In contrast to the lepton accelerator,
Hadoron accelerator complex has a Rapid cycle accelerator.
KEK PS booster 20Hz,
JHF booster 50Hz (5MW).
to realize the high power proton beam.
Hadoron accelerator exposes the devices to high rate radiation
by high power proton beam.
