Notice is hereby published pursuant to the provisions of the Investor Education andProtection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2076, a3amended from time to time (“the (EPF Rules”).

In accordance with the provisions of Section 7124/6) of the Companies Act, 2013 andthe |EPFRules, the shares on which dividend has not been encashed or claimed for seven consecutive
