Context Statement

The first radio demo we are going to create is a Rock show on E6 radio. Our radio show format will be Adult Contemporary (AC) listening. Our show will be airing between 7pm-8pm on a Friday for when people are coming home late from work. Our target audience is people who like rock/metal music so a range of people from teens to young adults and older adults, female and males a like. The social class would probably be middle class (C1) and downwards but that will probably vary between the social classes. There isn’t really a certain type of people who listen to this type of music. Our show will be for broadcast so people can listen to it in their cars, homes and pretty much anywhere. The purpose of our show is pretty much for only entertainment purposes as that’s what we intend people to get out of it.
