expertise, to ensure our clients’ interest remains at the centre of every negotiation both financially and non-financially.
• With over 23 years’ experience gained working for multi-discipline contracting companies, Jeanette has a passionate belief in the

Rapport brings together a team of ProjectManagers, Service Engineers and CostConsultants working directly with tenantoccupiers and landlords in the commercialproperty market.
As independent consultants we providespecialist procurement management fortenants relocating or considering office fit outprojects.
The variety of work we have undertaken forour clients since our inception in 2008,coupled with over 23 years’ industryknowledge and experience, has enabled us toremove costly layers from contractor returns,control project costs and expand lines ofcommunication between our client, selectedcontract teams and suppliers.

Rosebery Housing Association appointed Rapport Solutions as Management & Cost Consultants to oversee the design and fit out of their new offices at Newplan House in Epsom.
Relocating from four floors to one floor of unified workspace the association were keen to ensure the resulting design supported staff and created flexible working space and business functions.
Workshops during design development allowed requirements to be considered and incorporated. A fantastic break out space where staff could relax and chill out was designed to encourage interaction between teams. Investment in state of the art meeting facilities cater for formal gatherings and internal / external training requirements.
Stringent cost controls were put in place through a two stage tender process which ensured transparency of expenditure across the board.
