Parting remarks

“It was very meaningful to foster friendship…we are given the chance to exchange views…we are able to broaden our outlook on the world and how it functions, and how it affects us as a human being”

Muhd Fikri Bin Iskandar Shah (Humanities, Overseas Educational Fieldtrip and Exchange programme, 2009, Kumamoto, Japan)

Parting remarks

Lee Ke Wei (Overseas CIP Trip, 2009, Bintan, Indonesia)

“We have learnt values from people that we’ve met, values which otherwise would be difficult for us to realize here in Singapore. Now, I can really see why I should treasure all that I have. Though I’ve been told time and again, it is only through the trip I can truly see that I am taking things for granted. Simply hearing about it can never beat the experience in itself. It’s easy to forget, so I hope I can remember how I feel right now… forever.”
