Content page production

To create my content I firstly added my logo onto the page which I used from Photoshop when I created my front cover page however I used the shape tool to insert a white box around it. After I inserted a large black box to show contrast on my content page by using the shape tool too but afterwards I inserting 3 other boxes to section my content page into ‘REGULAR’, ‘REVIEW’, ‘FEATURES’ by using the text tool. I changed the colours of them into red as this anchors red which reflects my genre. I used QuarkXPress to create my content page.

When adding the text I firstly had written the text out on Microsoft Word so I imported it by using ‘File’ and ‘Import’ which then appeared onto my content page. However, to show contrast I changed the text into white.

I added all my pictures each by using the image box which allows me to insert the images which then I used the right hand to click which allowed me to fit into the box of the outside shape which is a black box around image I inserted.

Lastly, I inserted boxes which are black boxes on each image which made each number and small detail on the image stand out, as I changed each text and number into white by using the text tool and creating the boxes with the shape tool.
