Content Manager If you’re ready for a thrilling opportunity in a new and fun environment to use that super smart sass, then the Content Manager position may just be that once in a lifetime job you’ve been searching for. YouSwoop is rapidly growing and looking for a Content Manager to swoop in and provide great brain power to our Marketing Team. You must be ready to make a difference and your voice to be heard because your role will directly impact YouSwoop’s business by implementing immediate changes and creating recommendations to optimize our growth. Responsibilities:
- Manage Youswoop’s Email Marketing Program, including: o Schedule Daily Emails
Leverage proprietary data to send custom-tailored emails to our Swoopers o Winback programs
Activate lapsed and inactive Swoopers o Trigger-based email communications
Ex: auto-generated emails when some purchases from YouSwoop.com. o Work collaboratively with executives of YouSwoop and Leo Burnett to refine and improve
strategy and metrics o Continually work towards the automation and streamlining of email marketing initiatives
- Manage YouSwoop’s Website Revenue Program, including: o Optimize feature placements o Monitor and keep inventory quantities updated o Ensure website announcements, callouts, and ads meet our brand standards and revenue
objectives o Collaborate with YouSwoop’s technology team to automate processes
You’d be a good fit if you have…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Mathematics - Experience in marketing and a knack for word-smithing, branding and creative strategy - A fancy for numbers and are relentlessly focused and interested in metrics and improving them - A quick learning curve and think outside the box - A quantitative or technical background; experience working with large datasets. - Solid analytical skills and experience and comfort using raw data in Excel (charts, pivot tables etc.) - An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment with a positive
demeanor - Experience with email marketing is a plus
