Top of the line Software and Hardware solutions

The Transics – WABCO Fleet Management System:

• Transics – WABCO Belgium Fleet Management System, through

on-board Quattro and TX-SKY computers, installed on the whole

fleet and integrated with the WindNet – ERP system.

• TX-SKY and Quattro are completely integrated within the back-

office software TX-Connect and standard connected to the

vehicle’s Can Bus and tachograph.

• The systems registers all driver and truck information, as well as

the data from other sources, such as the document scanners,

allowing the driver and the coordinator to exchange information

in real time.

• The installation, management, maintenance and direct servicing

within the company through its own dedicated department,

IT&GPS.

The beginning of 2018 was, for International Lazar Company, the

start of a new integrated informatics project. The Lazar – Windsoft

partnership was established through the implementation of a complete

solution, which integrates the information flows and the specific activities.

The traceability and the real-time observation of operational flows,

route planning and optimization, cost follow-up for transport, distribution,

maintenance and repairs, have the immediate effect of increasing

productivity and the conducted volumes, the increase in quality of

services provided, monitoring and increasing the performance of

processes and activities.

Strategically situated in the Center-Western region of the country, the Deva site has a

dedicated fleet of 50 trucks, managed by more than 10 specialists, which serve 4 major

contracts.

With a site surface of over 1,6Ha, the Deva work station has its own service with high-end

utilities, where the mechanical engineers, specialized in growing the operational efficiency

level, help to achieve the company’s objectives.

International Lazar Company – Logistics ParcWe always used the principle of flexibility and adaptability to our customers' requests. Therefore, we are developing now the

volume of the logistic services offered through a new warehouse in Bascov, of 8300 sqm having the value of 4.000.000 euros,

at 200 meters from the junction of Bucharest - Pitesti highway with DN 7 (Pitesti - Rm. Valcea - Sibiu), so it is accessible with

all necessary conditions of a new modern warehouse built to satisfy a large variety of customers' requests .

The warehouse especially built for heavy materials storage with a

surface of 6200 sqm is located in BAT Bascov premises. Probably

unique in Romania, with a structure entirely metallic, detachable,

with a concrete floor that stands a weight of 40t/sqm, with railway

connection (the length of its own railway is 287 m) and 2 cranes

(20t and 23 m opening and 32 t with 34 m opening). This

investment of 3.400.000 EUR was finalized in December 2011.

In 2012 we consolidated the logistics sector by building a new

production and storage in Bascov. With an area of 19000sqm,

located 200m from the crossroad of the A1 Bucharest-Pitesti

withDN7, it is equipped with five docks and an inner railway to

facilitate the access to the national railways.

Consolidation continues in 2015 through a project involving an

expansion of 13000sqm of the logistics park which is currently

rented for production activities.

In 2017, we have started two other important projects for the development and consolidation of the logistics

sector. Thus, we have built the warehouse at Gaesti, Dambovita county, with a surface of 5000 sqm, a warehouse

which will be rented for the production of components for Arctic Gaesti.

In October 2017, we have started the work for the construction of an industrial railway terminal with the length of

900 meters, a project worth 700,000 EUR, followed by the project that will be initiated together with ML Logistic

Parks in august 2018. With this project of 8 million euros we aim to build a warehouse of 16730 sqm, dedicated to

warehousing and production activities.

EquipmentsOur company provides a wide range of equipment for construction and earthworks landscaping, starting from the

classic backhoe excavators and continuing with tracks excavators, bulldozores, tippers, cement mixers ,wheel loaders,

rollers, cranes.

On 09/11/2012 was held the final stage of the

competition and awards gala Romanian

Transport Company of the Year 2012, organized

by the magazine Ziua Cargo, owner of the

participation rights in the competition

correspondent in Europe (European Transport

Company of the Year). International Lazar

Company has obtained absolute victory , winning

first place with the jury and special prizes for: *

Professional Training * Financial Stability * IT and

Popularity award granted based on public votes.

Following this performance, we will represent

Romania in the next stage of the European

Transport Company of the Year Competition, the

aim being to exceed the performance of 2010,

when we won the 3rd place.

The prize "European Transport Company of the

Year 2010" has been awarded on February

11th, 2010 in Bruxelles , within the framework

of a ceremony that got together more than

1200 people, representatives of the hauliers, of

the transport industry and of the specialized

press from the whole Europe. Being in the

competition with another 5 finalists from

Germany, Sweden, United Kingdom, Belgium

and Netherlands, International Lazar Company

has obtained a 3rd honorable award, after the

representatives of United Kingdom and

ZF Transport&Logistics Summit 2015At the 2015 Transport & Logistics event organized by Ziarul Financiar has been awarded six special prizes of

the industry, International Lazar Company winning the award for the most important Romanian transport

company.

INTERNATIONAL LAZAR COMPANY HAS WON THE COMPETITION “ROMANIAN TRANSPORT COMPANY OF

THE YEAR 2016 – HANKOOK”

International Lazar Company has received the trophy “Romanian Transport Company of the Year 2016 -

Hankook” at the Transport Awards Gala, organized by the magazine Ziua Cargo on the 21st of October. International

Lazar Company also won the prizes for Road Safety, IT, Financial Stability as well as the Management Prize.

International Lazar Company has won two very important prizes with the occasion of the 2016 Gala

Tranzit, a competition dedicated to the largest Romanian transport companies: 1st place for “The Most Efficient

Transport Manager in Romania” and 2nd place for “The Most Efficient Merchandise Operator with Romanian Capital”.

These rewards reveals, once more, the fact that International Lazar Company constantly provides services of an

indubitable quality, an aspect that is also shown by the constant positioning within the top flight of successful

transport companies.

International Lazar Company Paris 2013 and 2014

Renault-Nissan Group annually organizes a meeting in Paris with all partners and collaborators, and International Lazar

Company was invited to participate. There were presented reports, results and statistical indicators of last year but also

for the future projects.

At the end of these presentations, four different awards were offered for the partner’s achievements and International

Lazar Company was first nominated among the main transport suppliers of Europe, providing high quality services in the

field of transport.
