«CAPSIS AGENTS» BONUS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:• The member of the Capsis Agents Bonus Program can only be owners/managing directors or employees (sales managers) of the Travel Agency. Third persons cannot participate in the program.• The above program is valid for each individual and may not be transferred to another individuals unless the

employee actually leaves the company, in which case the director/owner of the company must inform Capsis Hotels and Resorts in writing about the departure of employee and then send a formal request to allocate the existing points to another employee of the company or to the director / owner, or if they agree for the departing employee to take his/her points to the new agency/ employer.

• Once an employee/manager has collected the minimum points required, requests for complimentary stays must be sent by the director of the agency directly to Capsis Hotels and Resorts marketing department in order to be valid.

• Transfers, visas & air fares are not included in the above complimentary stay reward.

• The complimentary stay can only be rewarded and be valid for the named employee of the agency and does not apply/cannot be given to any of the family members, relatives, acquaintances and/or clients of the agency.

• All requests are subject to availability, as there is a daily maximum quota in each hotel stays can be taken, in particular during high season (15/07 to 27/08)

• Children younger than 2 years old stay free of charge; second and third children from 2 up to 14 years old can stay at 50% discount.

• Rewarded Points can be collected within a period of two consecutive years to reach the minimum number of points required, after which the points expire.

• Agencies that have remained inactive with reservations for a period of over two years will automatically lose their membership and will have to apply anew.

• Capsis Hotels & Resorts may make amendments or cease this program at any time it chooses. In this case, members will be notified in due time with the relevant information and how to use the balance of this program.

HOW DOES THE «CAPSIS AGENTS» BONUS PROGRAM WORK:1. To become a member of the programme, please register on our website! The registration procedure is very simple and will take not more than 5 minutes!• The main page of Capsis Hotels and Resorts (www.capsis.com) in the menu, please select «Agents» option – which leads you automatically on the Capsis Agents Bonus Program page.• Choose the menu set «To register», fill in the form and press «Register»• You will receive an electronic notification on your email address that your account has been activated within

a few minutes.• You can return to the website and enter the system under your login and password using the option «Enter»

or you can modify your profile by using the option «Modify your data»

2. Book our hotel and get more bonus points• Please inform us about bookings not later than 21 day after guests’ departure. To send your bookings, please

use an Excel table with detailed information about the booking, including guests names, dates of stay in the

hotel, room category, as well as your company information in full: (Director/Owner personal details – Name, Surname) and most importantly the Tour Operator through which the booking was made. • Once all the data is carefully checked and calculated, you will receive an official document from Capsis Hotels and Resorts company in which you will be informed of the results of your participation in the program.
