Product Description Water’s custom modular solutions for remote communities and urban populations cater to the needs of
both rural and city dwellers, transient and permanent populations.
We specialize in modern biological treatment systems combined with the more efficient and up to date physical or chemical/physical separation process that allow the removal of a wide variety of dissolved materials from water and effluent.
Standalone Systems Compact containerized Waste Water Treatment systems are designed to meet clients’ specific needs — from self-contained systems to modular plants. Our small to medium size WWTP plants have capacities to cover from 100 to 1500 equivalent inhabitants.
Fast & Easy Installation, Simple Relocation Fully containerized plants can be designed for simple relocation — enabling the plants to be dismantled, transported, and then reassembled at a different location. When the plant is removed from the site, there will be no trace of the complex water treatment system left behind.

WasteWater Treating Effluents Prior to Reuse or Discharge: Compact treatment plants provide on-site treatment of
municipal and industrial wastewater. The fully automated plants enable rapid deployment and require
minimal operator intervention. The cost-efficient systems do not require extensive local infrastructure and
offer low operational costs.
Packaged Waste Water Treatment Plants are custom configured, using proven designs and components to
treat virtually any amount of wastewater.
Advanced Treatment Technology
The biological treatment system used is an evolution of the well known MBBR process (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor). The compact biological reactor is filled with plastic material (carriers) where air is blown at low pressure and high flow rate, which gives biological reactions useful oxygen for aerobic process.
Thanks the high Specific Protected Surface of the media, the area available for growing the biomass is far above any other biological system.
Bacteria can grow and reproduce attached and protected within the carrier media, that acts as a support and allows a high biological reduction of organic and inorganic compounds, with performance and benefits documented by several tests and reference.
There are no mechanical parts inside the bioreactor, therefore requires almost no maintenance or management.
The bioreactor works in combination with a highly efficient DAF system (Dissolved Air Floatation) that assures the highest performance in final water clarification and due to a very efficient solid/liquid separation resulting also in a higher dewatered sludge, removed from the surface, which will be collected in a sludge tank.
Fine screening, buffer tank, feeding pump, and sludge tank are separate equipment that can be part of the supply or sourced directly on site.

Modern Concept for Waste Water Treatment
The most advanced and simple Biological Bioreactor Technology combined with High Rate Dissolved Air Flotation Technology, turn out into a highly efficient, compact and reliable waste water treatment process, developed as a result of long term experience and direct field experimentation.
Process Advantages Pre-assembled solutions in standard ISO 20’ or 40’ container or box Minimum construction and shipbuilding needed on site Simple installation and system management High purification performance Low energy consumption Extremely limited routine maintenance and low running costs Reduction of obstacles to increasing the exchange surface bacteria/pollutants Reduction up to 40% of the sludge volume produced for disposal, compared to any other conventional system Low influenced by incoming flowrate and organic loads variables Extended stops without the need to restore or feed the bacteria on reboot High dewatering percentage of the surface sludge removed Significant reduction of SST due to separation by means of DAF instead of a settler No possibility of obstruction in the DAF system, therefore minimized maintenance and management; Footprint reduced by 15 ÷ 30 times compared to conventional settlers; Possible upgrade of the system at low cost (modularity) Complete automation of the process Alarming system and remote monitoring via web Possibility to use photovoltaic energy sources
