Bruin Builders has a warm and open approach to clients. We work hard and with our eye for detail it ensures when we hand over the keys, the client is completely overjoyed with the outcome. Unlike most builders the relationship does not end there. We stay in contact to ensure any post-build questions are quickly answered.

It’s important to us that our clients have a clear understanding of the way our process works, and how we can help them navigate what can be quite a baffling experience for the unfamiliar. We have found that through good communication, transparency and honesty, client’s don’t have their valuable time wasted, or feel confused.

I founded Bruin Builders out of a desire to help people through a sometimes very daunting process, to bring what may have started as a dream or vision, to reality. With so many considerations to be kept in mind, such as specific family needs, planning requirements, aspect, site and structural limitations, budget, resale implications etc, it’s little wonder that clients appreciated open and honest discussions on what their options may be.
