GUIDANCE ON eTUITION REGISTRATION, SUBSCRIPTION AND ACTIVATION

Step one: Registration Register for eTuition by going to http://staffordeducationalservices.com/etuition/student-registration/.

After you register, you will be sent an email with your username and password. Login to your eTuition account using this username and password by going to http://staffordeducationalservices.com/etuition/

If you wish to change your eTuition password follow these steps: 1. Log into your account 2. Click on My Profile from the Personal Menu 3. Select Modify My Profile and make the modifications 4. Click on Save

Step two: Installation of software

The eTuition service is run using an online software called eLecta Live. When you first attend a live class on a supported platform this software’s plug- in will be installed automatically through Java. So if you have the latest Java version installed on your computer there is no separate installation file to download.

If Java is not installed then you will be prompted to do so and redirected to Sun Microsystems download site. Follow the instructions on the screen and install the software.

Step three: Activation The site contains a complete archive of lectures, tutorial discussions and past paper discussions, apart from special guidance on How Science

Works and practical skills needed for Edexcel Biology A Level exams and Edexcel International A Level Exams. You will be allowed to access a few recorded sessions in order to test the software. Play these recorded lectures or tutorials to ensure that all

technical issues are sorted out.

Step four: Two day free trial

Email your user name to [email protected] and request for a free trial period of 2 days.

During this period you will have access to view the entire archive of resources to help you decide if you wish to subscribe.

Step five: Subscription The subscription for access to the entire archive of resources is USD 19.90/- per month.
