    Salary Processing is completely based on parameters and formulas, any

    change in the same does not require programming. Salary Processing can becarried out selectively for Employee and or locations.

    4 LoanFacilitates Loan Application, Loan disbursement and Loan Ledger separatefor each Employee, Repayment installment can be pre decided and can be

    deducted from salary of every month.

    5 Leave & OvertimeUser can define different types of leaves, Leave Application and approval,

    Leave can be auto credited to employee leave ledger each month as per the

    defined parameters, User can define overtime calculations for calculatingovertime, the same can be calculated at the time of salary processing and can

    be paid either separately or with monthly salary.

    6 Salary Revision , Arrears , Bonus and GratuityThe salary revision can be entered in the system for each employee witheffective date, The calculation of arrears on account of salary revisions or for

    any other reason can be done for any period and can be paid to employees,

    Bonus Calculation can be carried out at the time of salary processing of themonth and can be paid when required.

    7 Integration with Financial AccountingSalary posting rules can be defined by users for each location and or employee
