Contact Molding Process

The contact moulded process is basically a handlay-up method whereby glass reinforcements are layed and resin mixture then applied layer by layer on a specially designed mould until the desired thickness & shape is formed. A specially designed roller is used by the production operator to roll & appl pressure to make manually mold the product.
