Information is also provided about the extent of the wear in conjunction with damage to the remaining service life. We use these data to develop optimal maintenance strategies together with the customer. At the same time, the risk of bearing defects in operation (hot box) as well as the costs of preventative maintenance are reduced.

Service training / Train the trainerWe offer a broad training portfolio for allproducts. This provides content for targetgroups, such as planners, commissioningengineers, service technicians or operators. In addition topure training, we offer workshops for technicalpersonnel that focus on the practical relevanceand the exchange of experience between thetechnicians. It is possible to train customertrainers as multipliers. They receive a particularlyintensive training with set re-training dates.

Installation trainingThe installation of diagnostic and monitoringsystems may be carried out by the customer orthe customer's service providers. We take careof the installers’ training and the monitoring ofthe installation. This ensures a high level ofinstallation quality and thus usability of themeasurement results. The responsibilities duringinstallation are coordinated with the customerindividually and transparently in the run-up tothe projects.

Refurbishment / General overhaul of systemsor componentsDefective components are repaired in the plantand generally upgraded to the current state ofdevelopment (continuous improvementprocess). This ensures that no outdatedcomponents leave the plant. When registering adefective component, the customer can applyfor a pre-replacement. He then receives analready repaired component and does not haveto wait for the defective component to berepaired (replacement item process).As part of upgrade measures, we offer tailor-made packages that upgrade the existingdiagnostic and monitoring systems to thecurrent state of technology. However, existinglong-lasting and expensive components arerecycled. This protects the customer'sinvestments while at the same time participatingin technical development.

Smartphone-application with service andlogistics functions (tracking function)A smartphone application for the Apple iOS andAndroid operating systems helps customers toregister and to track repairs. The customer canregister defective components, see the state ofthe repair and download relevant data, such asrepair logs and calibration certificates. The appgives the customer an overview (inventory) of hissystems installed in the field, enhanced byinformation about sub-components, warrantydata and serial numbers. With one click, thecustomer can remove defective parts from his“inventory”, register for a repair and install newparts.

Dismantling as part of the system replacementWe help the customer to decommission anddismantle old diagnostic and monitoringsystems in order to avoid damage due toimproper disassembly. We either properlydispose of the systems or, after the overhaul,give them back to the customer.
