CONSTRUCTION UPDATEJULY 2016

West End’s Light + Co development is on-track for completion later this year, with both towers – Illuminate and Radiance – expected to be finalised around October/November 2016*.

The first tower, Illuminate, now has a completed building structure as services begin to be installed up to the fifth and final level. In addition, partitions are currently in progress to Level 4, while joinery installation has begun on Level 2 and tiling is underway on Level 1.

Meanwhile, the Radiance structure has been completed with the roof pour underway. Services are also beginning to be installed on Level 10, while tiling takes place on Levels 2 and 3. Radiance also now has its permanent power connected, and a new display apartment has been completed and is open for viewing.

Light + Co’s podium structure for retail and visitor parking has now been completed and the basement and podium structure under the pool and landscaped area is in progress. On completion, Light + Co will comprise of over 4,500 sqm of private gardens, two resort-style swimming pools, and ample entertaining areas all located within two kilometres of the Brisbane CBD.

A variety of one, two, and three bedroom apartment configurations will be available once Light + Co’s towers, Illuminate and Radiance, are finalised later this year.
