Construction and Refurbishment Schemes
We have delivered various construction and refurbishment projects for our clients. These projects range from single
house fire damage refurbishment to the delivery of all internal building fabric work for the refurbishment of an existing
Chinook hangar and the construction of a new control centre/briefing facility.

Internal Fabric works including partitions, ceilings, carpentry,
block work, floating floors.

102 service family homes re-cladded with a hard EWI system.
The houses were stripped of timber cladding, insulation

We work closely with the Porcelanosa Group to provide a full storage, delivery and installation service for their kitchens to mostly large development sites. Porcelanosa have
taken advantage of the opportunity to utilise our safe and secure warehouse facility, which is local to their Bristol branch, to off load and store kitchens before they are
delivered out to site by our dedicated delivery team. Our installation team then expertly install the kitchens to the highest of standards before handover to Porcelanosa’s
clients.

Carillion Amey are one of our largest clients. We undertake a wide variety of projects for them to assist in their contract delivery to the DIO (Defence Infrastructure
Organisation). Projects such as upgrades to kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, full property refurbishment and community projects. To date we have a partly or fully
refurbished over 600 properties to the highest of standards and thus assisting Carillion Amey and their client in provided good quality housing to Armed Forces Personnel.

PD&CL works closely with manufacturers such as James Hardie installing external cladding systems to a variety of building types. The cladding system can be added
as an aesthetic function or to form part of the building envelope. We are able to provide highly skilled installers along with our own access equipment to expertly fit
the cladding systems. We are able to transform older buildings with a new look or simply produce a modern fresh look on new properties.

Domestic Heating & Plumbing
Domestic heating services are provided in accordance with Gas Safe standards. PD & CL hold up to date Gas Safe registration
and are well placed to deliver multiple property heating upgrades and installs. Our client, Carillion Amey, employ us to
undertake boiler upgrades on service family accommodation.
Customer care
PD&CL provides an extensive customer care service to the Symphony Group and Muse Developments. Our dedicated customer
care team ensures that all customers are dealt with professionally and efficiently to a successful conclusion. We have a dedicated
team who contacts our clients customers to arrange appointments and a site team that completes the work. We offer a unique
service to our clients whereby we are able to off load customer care materials and store them safely and correctly in our own
warehouse facility. Our customer care service is offered across the South West region.
Warehousing
PD&CL has its own safe and secure warehousing facility and can store materials or items for onward delivery. We have a small
fleet of delivery vans that can handle most items up to 1500kg with maximum dimensions of 3.8m x 2.2m. The warehouse is
owned and operated entirely by PD&CL and our clients can opt for either short or long term storage options. With our close
links to the M5 we make an obvious choice on location and ease of access to the road network.

Health and Safety
PD&CL are committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment for its staff and suppliers to work in. We have qualified staff who, along with external consultants, ensure
the company is compliant and keeping within the latest standards. All of our staff have been first aid trained, hold valid PASMA cards, have up to date asbestos awareness
training and fire safety training. We also have staff who hold up to date IPAF cards.
Environment
PD&CL disposes of all waste materials responsibly and are registered with the Environment Agency as required under The Control of Pollution Act 1989. We endeavour to have
a minimum impact on the environment whether it’s noise, safe and proper use of materials or disposal of waste.
Quality
At PD&CL we aim to deliver snag free projects every time, without exception. For us, all projects are delivered with an eye for quality and we only use the most trusted trades-
men and good quality materials to deliver this. Much of our business is repeat or by recommendation and we believe our snag free approach is one of the key ingredients at-
tributed to the continued success of our business.
