Eligible bidders shall participate in bidding only in online through website https://tripuratenders.gov.in. Bidders are allowed to bid 24x7 until the time of Bid closing, with option for Re-Submission, wherein only their latest submitted Bid would be considered for evaluation. The e-Procurement website will not allow any Bidder to attempt bidding, after the scheduled date and time. Submission of bids physically is not permitted. Bid fee and Earnest Money are to be paid electronically over the online payment facility provided in the portal any time after start date of bid submission and before bid submission end date using Net Banking facility by the bidders. The Bid Fee, as said above, to be paid electronically over the Online Payment facility, is Non-Refundable and to be deposited to the Government account automatically as revenue.

Bid(s) shall be opened through online by respective Bid openers on behalf of the Executive Engineer, R.D. Agartala Division, Gurkhabasti, Agartala, Tripura and the same shall be accessible by intending Bidder through website https://tripuratenders.gov.in . However, intending bidders and other Bidders may like to be present at the Bid opening. Bid shall be uploaded in two-bid system - (i) Technical bid and (ii) Financial bid. Technical bids shall be opened first and after completion of technical evaluation, price/financial bids in respect of technically acceptable offers only shall be opened.

of R D Agartala Division for information & with a request to take necessary action for wide publication of the

same.
