Managed and supervise sub-contractors on a 44 day planned outage with no incidents at a clean coal burning power plant. Project included union and non-union craft. After outage was completed, install of additional equipment was performed such new duct work, new boiler house, and new condensate equipment.

Construction Representative Cogentrix Energy Plant, Jacksonville, FL ($2.5 million TIC)

Managed and supervise sub-contractors on a 28 day planned semiannual outage at a coal burning power plant. Work included modifications to the turbine, relining bag houses, overhauling boilers and economizers.

SIMOPS Coordinator, BP – FPSO containment and disposal Project, Ingleside, TX ($13 million TIC)

Supervised contractors and sub-contractors in vessel modifications for the BP Horizon incident. Areas of concern included compliance to BP and Worley Parsons joint policies and procedures. Supervised subcontractor’s activities for a safe execution of the project. Duties were the single point of contact for Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS), which ensured that all activities for the project would not interfere or create hazardous environments for other tasks...

2009 Site Supervisor, Jacobs Field Services, Parachute, CO ($3.5 million annual budget)

Managed onsite employee training, Quality Assurance (QA), OSHA Compliance and Bureau of Land Management and EPA Compliance. Conducted safety audits. Jacobs Field Services provided ExxonMobil with staff and services. Jacobs Field Services maintained and repaired pumps, launchers, receivers, injection sites heaters treaters, compressor stations, well site work, pipeline, well completion, Information Technology (IT), pumpers, tank watchman equipment operators and on the gas well completion with average of 72 pieces of equipment on location. Jacobs Field Services operated two produced water injection pads with various types of pumps and tanks. Jacobs Field Services performed pipeline repairs, maintained pumping stations injection sites and gas plant maintenance and repairs and provided general logistics support.

Provided Bureau of Land Management, EPA and MSHA compliance and Storm Water Management. Coordinated construction activities and supervision of subcontractors. Conducted safety audits, tracked trends and analysis, monitored regulatory compliance, provided various types of onsite training, managed heavy lift and rigging plans, and coordinated all types of work permits. Managed over 100 miles of pipelines crossing creeks, roads and over mountains integrated workforce made up of Union and non-Union employees. Built a Continuous Catalyst Regeneration (CCR) for Coffeyville Resources. Managed civil and structural contractor and various types of onsite training, heavy lift and rigging plans. After major flooding, PCE went into emergency outage mode to assist Coffeyville Resources in environmental hazard and flood remediation. Coordinated all field construction services and permitting for all units. The client was up and running in record time. No injuries or accidents during the emergency outage.

2006 - 2007 General Superintendent / HSSE Manager, Quality Contract Services, Orange, TX

Assisted in three office locations: Orange, TX, Lufkin, TX, and Dallas, TX. Oversaw and implemented (ISNET) registration, client relations and coordination of subcontractors, in paper, pulp mills, cement plants, refineries and chemical plants.
