Solicitation PurposeThe City of Houston (City), Houston Airport System (HAS), invites interested firms to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Rehabilitation and full-depth replacement of Taxiways WA, WB, and associated cross taxiways at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
