    Termination of membership

    a Membership of the CIO comes to an end if:

    0 Functions and duties of charit, trustees

    The charit, trustees shall manage the affairs of the CIO and ma, for that purpose e/erciseall the po3ers of the CIO It is the dut, of each charit, trustee:

    herself out as ha&ing@ andii if he or she acts as a charit, trustee of the CIO in the course of a business or

    profession- to an, special 4no3ledge or e/perience that it is reasonable toe/pect of a person acting in the course of that 4ind of business or profession

    of the charit, trustees shall retire from office If the number of charit, trustees is notthree or a multiple of three- then the number nearest to one5third shall retire fromoffice- but if there is onl, one charit, trustee- he or she shall retire@
