Deloitte and Dell Boomi in Action Challenge: A global financial enterprise spun off its travel business to create a new company—which would have a SaaS-centric model for its core IT infrastructure. The new business asked for Deloitte’s help in quickly separating its IT infrastructure from the parent company, but there were several challenges:

• The core applications combined SaaS platforms and legacy systems. • 27 different global markets had to connect in four waves

for the transformation. • 65 legacy systems and 20 business applications needed
