What Is Connecting HR?

Connecting HR is:

• A community of HR professionals living and working in and around London, UK

• A series of events, including tweet-ups and now an unconference, to support people within this community

What Is an Unconference?

An unconference is a facilitated, participant-driven conference centered on a theme or purpose. The term "unconference" has been applied, or self-applied, to a wide range of gatherings that try to avoid one or more aspects of a conventional conference, such as high fees and sponsored presentations.

What Is an Unconference?

Most people have had the experience that the best part of a conference is the informal conversation, not the formal presentation.

So why not design the event around informal and social learning instead?
