Connecting a Windows Device to GCSGuest

When connecting to the GCSGuest network for the first time, you will need to open your wireless settings and view the available wireless networks.You can either select the Wi-Fi icon in your system tray,

or you can navigate to your system settings.

In your settings menu, select Network and Internet.

Once your Network and Internet options are displayed, select Wi-Fi.

Once the Wi-Fi options are displayed, select Show available networks.

A pop-up window from your system tray will display the available wireless networks for your device. Locate and select GCSGuest from the list.

Click on Connect.

Your device may automatically open a browser window and redirect you to the Guest Portal page. If not, open a browser (please use Google Chrome if possible) and you should be redirected to the Guest Portal page.

Please login with the credentials you received when you created your account on the Sponsor Portal page.

You may receive an error and your browser may display a blank page. If this occurs, please navigate to 1.1.1.1 in your URL bar and you should be prompted to continue for final connection to the GCSGuest network.

Please click Continue.

You will be prompted to accept the User Agreement.

Please click Accept.

Once successful, you will get to the GCS Home Page.

You are now connected.

If you need to reference your Wi-Fi MAC address or your IP address, please select the Support link at the bottom of the Guest Portal page. The link is as follows:

Tips and Tricks

Connection time:• Users will have to authenticate daily with the

user name and password that they received via email or sponsor portal.

Browser errors:

• If you encounter errors while attempting to browse the internet, try clearing your browser cache (history).

Passwords:• If prompted, it is recommended that you allow

your browser to save your password.• Password Change Requirements

• Minimum of 8 Characters • Uppercase• Lowercase• Numeric• No special characters are allowed
