    Chapter 1 Introduction Collaboration is a collective term given to comments, actions and attachments which can be added to any instance inConnected Risk.

    Users that are granted read or edit collaboration rights via a security group or relationship type will be able to read, add or edit collaboration items.

    TheCollaborationmenu is reached by selectingCollaboration in theHomemenu bar. Collaboration can also be viewed at the instance level via theOptionsmenu.

    TheCollaborationmenu has the following options:

    Urgent Comments assigned to the current user. 8

    Unread Comments Commentswhere the people who have been notified of the creation of aComment have not yet viewed it.

    Chapter 2 Comments Comments are a way of adding text to any instance. To access Comments for an instance and view the overviews, you can either:

    l select theComments tab, if it has been configured

    l go toOptions > Collaboration > Comments.

    In theComments pages you can see the date and time stamp of when aCommentwas applied and who has added theComment.

    2.1 COMMENTS FLAGGED FOR MY ATTENTION TheComments flagged for My Attention page has a list of comments where the current user's name has been selected in the Flag for attention section of theComment Edit page.     NOTE:You can toggle betweenHide andShow Threads. The Threads group togetherComments from the same Instance.
