Competitive GroupsThe 37 Dealer Groups were based on June OnStar new sales volume plus May OnStar used sales volume and grouped by divisional zone team responsibility (Chevrolet, Buick-GMC and stand-alone Cadillac). Each group will have a first-place, second-place, third-place and fourth-place winner provided that the minimum Wi-Fi® SSID score of 60% is met.

WinnersEach of the 37 groups will have a winner. If a winning Dealer does not have 60% Wi-Fi® SSID, then the next highest Dealer in the competitive group with a Wi-Fi® SSID of 60% or higher will be declared the winner. If no Dealer in a group attains the minimum 60% Wi-Fi® SSID, the prize will be awarded to a nonwinning Dealer in the lowest-numbered group for the same divisional alignment (i.e., #1 Chevrolet) with a Wi-Fi® SSID of 60%. For example, no Dealer wins in Group 10, and Group 1 has a second-place winner with 60%. The Group 1 Dealer would win the Pro-Am spot in addition to the second-place CTE prize. Note: The higher-place CTE points would not be awarded. If there is no Dealer in Group 1 that meets the qualifications, then a Dealer from Group 2 would win.

The Dealer Operator will be contacted to provide contact name and information for the first-place Bay Hill participant (must be a dealership employee) by February 15, 2016. The first-place prize winner will be notified in early February.

The earnPOWER award will be given to the CTE person who meets all of the CTE requirements.

In case of any ties, the Dealer with the most unit sales will win. If that is still a tie, the highest Wi-Fi® SSID percentage will be the tie breaker.

Bonus PointsThe deadline to obtain bonus points is November 13, 2015.

• A Connection Center is a designated space in a showroom, customer lounge or new-vehicle delivery area (not a service drive).

ReportingThe wholesale team will be providing monthly reports on the competitive group’s standings as well as helping to provide month-end reporting for various criteria.

OnStar Remarketing percentage (one month) and RemoteLink Mobile App usage percentage (one month) focus on Retail Vehicle Deliveries. For example, the remarketing percentage provided in the monthly reports are based on actions of the customer base divided into the total retail vehicles to come up with a percentage of customers who signed up for remarketing.

Only those new-vehicle transactions that represent a bona fide delivery of a specific new vehicle to a specific customer are eligible for this program and are to be reported as a delivery and included in GM’s sales reports. A vehicle cannot be considered delivered by a Dealer unless there has been a preceding or simultaneous wholesale transaction from GM to the Dealer. A new-vehicle delivery by a Dealer generally occurs for reporting purposes when there is a bona fide transfer of title to or lease of a specific vehicle identified by a VIN to a specific consumer identified by name and address. Each new-vehicle delivery must be supported by a completed delivery record, which includes the foregoing information as well as the selling Dealer and delivery date.

Remarketing activation percentage is based on sales information reported via a Dealer’s DMS system compared to activation of the 3-month trial.

Connection Center SubmissionsAll submissions (including photos) for Connection Center should be electronically submitted to a Dealer’s Connected Customer Specialist or Call Center Connected Customer Specialist. Any Dealer without a specialist should contact the OnStar Dealer Center for their respective regional manager information. The onus is on the Dealer to submit and receive approval for Phase 1 credit.
