As we look back at the financial year just gone by, we are delighted at the progress we have made. As the year progressed we have

consolidated our businesses, sharpened our business models, reinforced our principles of customer centricity through improved

work ways and processes. We believe that our employees are our strongest assets and we will continue to work towards making

Jakson a great place to work.

We are happy to inform you that our Power Gen business has grown by over 25% over previous year which is a benchmark

performance. The EPC performance makes us proud. EPC have not only exceeded revenue targets but has more than doubled its

growth over the previous year. We are excited about the developments in Solar business. The solar business has shown great signs

of being energised and we are poised for some exciting growth in the coming year. It's a matter of pride that all three businesses carry

forward a very healthy order book.

The above performances has been possible with some great examples of teamwork which has been built on principals of trust and

transparency.

Over the last few years, we have nurtured our hospitality business and our customer responses have given us great confidence. We

are definitely exploring expansion of our footprint and will share with you our plans as the year progresses.

We have always had a strong desire to give back to society. Over the last year our CSR efforts towards education, Community service

& environment give us a great sense of satisfaction. We will continue to build on these and look forward to your support in helping

meet our objectives.

The Koldam Hydro Electric Project developed by NTPC in Himachal

Pradesh selected Jakson gensets for its power back-up needs.

Scope of work for the project included supply, installation, testing

and commissioning of two 1250 KV gensets supported by electric

panels. The project was located in a remote region in hilly Himachal

Pradesh which posed a few challenges to the project execution

team. However, the team successfully managed to execute the

project on time and as per client specifications.

POWER BACK-UP FORKOLDAM HYDRO ELECTRIC PROJECT

Technip India Limited, an Oil & Gas Industry leader partnered

Jakson to provide power back-up for its ongoing large scale EPC

projects in Barauni, Bihar and Sindri. These projects involve

construction of large fertilizer plants. The client using Jakson DG

sets has powered each of these project sites. All sites have been

powered using three nos of 2.5 MW Diesel Gensets.

Dear Jaksonites

The Powergen & Distribution (PGB) business continued its tradition of delivering

industry leading growth with a 24% rise in revenues in 2018-19. This double-digit

growth is the highest in the industry which once again reiterates the fundamental

strengths of our business and leadership in the category.

While each individual line of business under the PGB umbrella contributed its

share to the overall revenue, our growth was accentuated with the excellent

performance of our HHP business, particularly in South India which is

witnessing significant activity in the commercial realty space.

Our projects business that provides turnkey DG based power solutions also grew

at an impressive rate riding on large scale infrastructure growth in the country.

Our LHP and MHP business grew significantly with rising demand from various

industry segments like stone-crushers, road construction, pharma amongst

others.

Our continued focus on Nepal & Bangladesh territories resulted in healthy

business growth in both these regions. The defence business which was aligned

to the PGB vertical at the beginning of this year also clocked its highest ever

revenue in the past fiscal.

The excellent performance of the Powergen team has been made possible due

to the combined efforts of the team and ably supported by each one of you. On

NCC Limited, a leading infrastructure company in Andhra Pradesh

has partnered Jakson to provide power back-up solutions for its

upcoming MLC Quarters project in Amravati. It is a prestigious

project being executed under the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Development Authority. The order consists of supply of 6X625 KVA

DG sets. In addition to this, NCC Limited has placed an order for

4 X 750 KVA and 1 X 320 KVA DG Sets.

NCC LTD PARTNERS JAKSON FOR POWERING ANDHRA GOVERNMENT HOUSING PROJECT

NCELL DATA CENTER POWERED BY JAKSON

Ncell, a leading telecom network in Nepal partnered Jakson to

provide uninterrupted power for its new data center in Nepal. The

scope of work for the project included Supply, Installation, Testing &

commissioning of five 1250 KVA DG sets with continuous

operation.

Jakson has executed the supply order for 44 Nos of 40 KVA DG set

to the Border Security Forces in North East India. These gensets will

be employed at border outposts in the region to provide critical

power for various power needs of the security forces.

GPT Infraprojects, a leading infrastructure company has placed

orders for multiple gensets to be used at its various project sites.

These include Mathura Jhansi Bridge Project, Nimtita Bridge

Siksha 'O' Anusandhan, a deemed to be university in Bhubaneshwar

has chosen Jakson gensets for its power back-up needs at its

existing university campus and upcoming medical college. The

university has placed orders for 1X500KVA, 1X1010 KVA & 2 x 1500

Umang Group, a diversified business group based in Cuttack has

placed DG set orders for its upcoming hotel and mall complex. The

order includes supply of three high horse power gensets of 750 KVA

to provide back-up power for the facility

Keonjahr Hospital has placed orders for 3x1250KVA DG sets for its

medical college and teaching hospital in Orissa. The project is

being executed by Tata projects. The purpose of the government is

to ensure quality education and promoting research in Odisha. The

order includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of

3x1250KVA DG sets.

KEONJHAR HOSPITAL, ODISHA RELIES ON JAKSON FOR UNINTERRUPTED POWER

Solara Active Pharma has placed orders for 2X1500 KVA genset for

its manufacturing unit in Andhra Pradesh. Jakson being an industry

leader in this segment provided the right solution which led the

client to decide to partner Jakson for this project.

Mall. This commercial space is built next to a residential zone in a

prime location in Hyderabad. The project offers both residential &

commercial space. The order comprises complete supply,

RAIN CARBON PARTNERS JAKSON FOR ITS VISHAKHAPATNAM PLANT

Jakson is executing a prestigious order for Rain Carbon Inc. one of

India's leading industries that transforms the byproducts of other

industries into essential ingredients for a wide range of industrial

processes and products. The scope of work includes supply,

installation, commissioning and testing of 3x1500KVA with sync

panel in order to provide support during the black start of DGs.

Jakson has always been market leaders in the pharma segment by

giving tough competition to its competitors. Vijayshree Organic is a

manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. We have been able to

emerge as a reliable ally for several mega pharma companies in

manufacturing various pharma products. The scope of work

includes the supply of 1010 KVA DG set.

VIJAYSHREE ORGANIC, ANDHRA PRADESH DG INSTALLATION PROJECT

AXIS HOUSE NOIDA PARTNERS JAKSON FOR POWER-BACK UP SOLUTION

Axis Bank, a leading private sector bank in India has placed orders

for Jakson DG sets across various ratings to be installed at Axis

House, Noida. The scope of work for this order includes Supply,

installation, testing, and commissioning of 2 nos. 2000 KVA & 2

nos. 1010 KVA DG Sets with complete synchronization panel,

isolator panels with BOP Material (mechanical & electrical) and Civil

work of DG set foundation & 30 mtrs structure foundation along

with design.

Jakson has won three large scale T&D orders in Bihar across different

parts of the state with a value of INR 600 crores. The scope of work

for all the three projects include strengthening of the sub-

transmission and distribution network including a dedicated 11 KV

agriculture feeder line in the districts of Bhagalpur, Gaya and

Muzzafarpur districts in the state. These projects have been awarded

to Jakson by state utility companies South Bihar Power Distribution

Company Ltd and North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd

under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY).

JAKSON PROVIDES ELECTRICITY CONNECTION TO 75000 BPL FAMILIES IN FAIZABAD

Jakson completed a large scale rural electrification project in

Faizabad district of Uttar Pradesh, providing electricity connection

to over 75000 plus households across 1212 partially electrified

villages in the district. The project was awarded to Jakson by

Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited under Government of

India's Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (rural

electrification program).

Dear Jaksonites

It gives me immense pleasure to announce that the Electrical EPC business

registered a historic revenue growth of 129% in the fiscal 2018-19.

As some of you would recall, the electrical EPC business was instated as a stand-

alone unit in the year 2014-15 as part of our diversification strategy into newer

businesses. While it was clear that the segment had great potential, it was

uncharted territory for us. Every project offered a new set of learnings. It is these

learnings that have helped us, grow this business to such heights in such a short

span of time.

The electrical EPC business comprises four distinct lines of business – rural &

urban electrification; substation & transmission; metro electrification and

building electrification. While each business contributed to the overall business

growth, the rural and urban electrification LOB stood out with a staggering 221%

growth. Our proven capabilities in this sector and Government of India's massive

electrification push helped us script this success. All others LOB's contributed

too and grew at a steady pace in-line with industry trends in the past year.

The solar land based EPC vertical which was added to the electrical EPC vertical

last year stabilized its operations. Combining strengths, we will continue to focus

on a steady growth path for this LOB with new profitable projects.

We carry a healthy order book into the current fiscal and our aim is to double our

revenue from last year. I am confident with the support of the team we can

achieve this target.

We are also actively looking for opportunities outside India and we should

hopefully share some good news in this regard soon.

Jakson successfully completed a rural electrification project at

Hathras district in Uttar Pradesh, awarded under the Government

of India's Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (rural

electrification program). As part of the project, 21572 households

in the district were electrified across 770 villages were electrified,

1216 kilometers of HT & LT lines laid and 1374 transformers

installed.

RURALELECTRIFICATIONPROJECT IN HATHRAS EXECUTEDSUCCESSFULLY

220/132 KV GRID SUBSTATION AT GARHWA COMMISSIONED

A 220/132 KV Grid Substation at Garhwa, Jharkhand was

successfully commissioned by Jakson on a turnkey EPC contract.

Scope of work for the project included design, engineering and

supply of equipments; erection and testing and commissioning of

the project on a turnkey basis. The project was awarded to Jakson

by Jharkhand Urja Sancharan Nigam Limited (JUSNL) via an open

tender bidding process.

A rural electrification project in Rajasthan's Barmer district was

successfully executed by Jakson. The project involved providing

domestic connections to rural households in Sheo block of Barmer

district under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana

program. Scope of work also included feeder separation,

strengthening and augmentation of sub-transmission and

distribution systems and other related works on a turnkey basis.

RURAL ELECTRIFICATIONPROJECT IN BARMER, RAJASTHAN COMPLETED

More than 8000 BPL households in Dhule circle of Jalgaon zone in

the Indian state of Maharashtra were provided electricity

connections by Jakson under a turnkey rural electrification project.

The project was awarded to Jakson by Maha Vitaran - Maharashtra

State Electricity Distribution Co Limited. As part of the project, 7

substations were augmented; 180 kilometers of HT & LT Lines laid;

185 transformers installed and more than 3200 poles erected.

8000 BPL HOUSEHOLDS ELECTRIFIED IN DHULE, MAHARASHTRA

A 450 KW grid-tied rooftop solar plant was successfully

commissioned by Jakson at Anand Engineering College, Agra

recently. Jakson provided complete turnkey engineering,

procurement and construction (EPC) services for the project. The

project was executed under CAPEX model, where the roof owner is

the owner of the rooftop solar system and bears the entire capital

expenditure of the project. The plant will help achieve annual cost

savings in the range of INR 21 to 22 lakhs for the client, while

offsetting of about 540 tons of carbon emissions per year as well. In

addition to turnkey execution, Jakson will provide annual

operations and maintenance services.

450 KW ROOFTOP SOLAR PV PLANT AT ANAND ENGINEERING COLLEGE, AGRA

84 KW SOLAR ROOFTOP SYSTEM AT NPX TOWER, NOIDA

Jakson successfully installed and commissioned an 84 KW solar

rooftop plant at NPX Tower, a commercial building located at

Noida-Gr. Noida Expressway, Noida. Jakson provided complete

turnkey EPC services for the project. In addition to turnkey

execution, Jakson will provide annual operations and maintenance

services. Around 260 high efficiency Jakson solar modules of

325Wp were used to power the system. The plant will generate

approximately 122640 KWh of green electricity annually in addition

to savings of around INR 4-5 lakhs per year for the facility.

Message from Rabindra Kumar Satpathy, COO - Solar Business

Dear Jaksonites

2018-19 was the year of consolidation for solar business. Just as the foundation

of any building is critical for its future, we took several strategic steps to

strengthen the foundation of our solar business.

We began by restructuring our business into three distinct lines of business

(LOBs) - Projects, Channel Sales and Key Accounts. We also revamped and

streamlined our manufacturing operations which has led to significant

improvements in production efficiency and reduced our operating costs.

We expanded our solar product portfolio with the launch of Glass to Glass

modules, Mono PERC modules and Half Cut cell modules which will help us

provide the latest module technologies to our customers. In addition to modules,

we also upgraded our Containerized Solar Hybrid Systems and Mobile Solar

Generator and added new products like ESS and Integrated Street Lighting

systems.

Although our Channel Sales Business registered a growth of 27%, I feel there will

be significant growth in this LOB with our new set of products & solutions. We are

also in the process of significantly increasing the number of channel partners

across our country.

In the last fiscal, we expanded our reach in Southern & Western India with the

inauguration of a new office in Bangalore and increasing our headcount in

Mumbai office.

Looking ahead, we aim to double our revenue in the coming year and increase

our projects and rooftops business significantly to drive overall growth.

Jakson has bagged an order for supply of 7 MW solar PV modules

to Haldiram Solar Plant in UP. The captive solar plant totalling

14 MW will help meet Renewable Purchase Obligations (RPOs) of

Haldiram, while availing the benefits of cheap and green solar

power.

7 MW JAKSON PV MODULES FOR HALDIRAM CAPTIVE SOLAR PLANT

ORDER BOOKED FOR 1.1 MW MMS FOR NTPC PROJECTS

Jakson recently booked orders for 1.1 MW MMS for NTPC solar

project. Jakson supplied is state-of-the-art ballast type rooftop

structures which enables easy installations without having to

penetrate the building roof structure.

Jakson executed a 2.5 MW PV Modules order for Uttar Gujarat Vij

Company Ltd. (UGVCL) under the SKY Scheme in Gujarat. The

Suryashakti Kisan Yojana (SKY) is a solar power scheme for

farmers, which enables them to generate electricity for their captive

consumption as well as sell the surplus power to the grid and earn

extra money.

2.5 MW PV MODULES ORDER EXECUTED FOR UGVCL IN GUJARAT

Jakson recently supplied 120 KW PV modules for an installation in

Aurangabad Airport. Jakson PV Modules with its high efficiency

and robust built, along with its proven track record of having

supplied PV Modules for various airport installations across India,

was chosen as the preferred partner for this project.

Jakson successfully executed a 1MW solar PV module order to

Military Engineering Services (MES) in Nagpur for its solar

installations. Another order for 1 MW PV module is booked and will

be supplied shortly to for MES facility in Goa.

JAKSON PV MODULES USED FOR OVER 500 SOLAR POWERED PUMPING STATIONS IN JHARKHAND

Jakson has supplied PV modules for over 500 numbers 1 KW solar

pumps in the state of Jharkhand, India. The project was executed in

partnership with Ms Royal Instrument Co., our authorised channel

partner in the region. Special 260Wp polycrystalline solar modules

were supplied for the project, with installation of 4 modules at each

at every pumping site.

Jakson along with Divvy Solar Power & Solutions, its authorised

channel partner in Hisar executed a 400 KW solar power plant for

Yash Hatchery & Poultry Farm in Jind, Haryana. The grid-connected

plant will power different poultry farming equipment like feed-

mixers, warmers, ventilation equipment, etc., apart from the basic

lighting requirements of the facility.

A 75 KW rooftop solar installation was recently commissioned by

Jakson at KK Hospital in Lucknow. The project was executed in

partnership with Ms Satya Solar, our authorised channel partner in

the region. The power generated from the solar plant will

supplement the power required for running the facility while

enabling electricity cost savings of around INR 3-4 lakhs on a yearly

basis.

THINKING LIKE AN OWNER CAMPAIGN

'Thinking like an Owner' is an internal employee campaign involving employees from all Jakson offices

and sites across India. The objective of this campaign is to capture extraordinary contribution of

employees, which are over and above their regular job responsibilities through small video bytes that we

circulate on a weekly basis. Thus far, we have received enthusiastic response from the employees and we

look forward to capture more such enduring stories as we move ahead with this ongoing campaign.

Jakson was awarded the CII Customer Obsession Award for Active Customer Engagement for the year

2018-19. The CII Customer Obsession Award is an annual award instituted by the Confederation of Indian

Industry (CII) to promote a customer centric culture within businesses of the Indian Industry. The award

follows a stringent framework, specially designed by the CII Institute of Quality (IQ), to evaluate the

customer-focus quotient of businesses. Jakson was declared one of the winners in the manufacturing

sector after a series of evaluation rounds.

Integrity is one of the key pillars of an organization. Many a times, when we talk of integrity we tend to

focus only on financial integrity. No doubt, financial integrity is important. However, integrity has other

dimensions as well. These include Integrity of Quality; Integrity in Performance; Integrity in Production;

Integrity in delivering services to the customer and customer relationships; product innovation and

others. To imbibe this culture within our employees; we ran a messaging campaign in the organization

which focussed on various aspects of integrity. Messages from leadership team highlighting the

various aspects of integrity were shared with employees. On-ground standees and posters were also

With an intention to promote staff health and encourage fitness,

Jakson organized Health and Wellness Check-up Camp from 07th to

9th Feb 2019 at our factory premise. The camp was organized in

association with Ashirwad Sewa Kendra Trust. The health & wellness

camp organized included tests for:

a. Blood Pressure (BP)

b. Weight (Wt)

c. Height (Ht)

d. Heart Rate / Pulse Rate (PR)

e. Body Mass Index (BMI)

f. Temperature

g. General Systemic examination

h. Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Check

i. General Skin examination

j. Vision Test

k. Random Blood Sugar (RBS)

l. Electrocardiogram (ECG)

A state-of-the-art mobile medical van was deployed at the site with a

team of 8 doctors. The multi-facility van had all the medical equipment

and machines like X-ray, laser, endoscopy, etc. All the employees and

management alike were quite enthusiastic and recorded an

overwhelming response with more than 394 registrations. The camp

completed all the tests and the ended successfully on the third day

09th Feb'19 at 5:00pm.

On this occasion Dr. Azariah D Ebenezer, Coordinator, Ashirwad Sewa

Kendra Trust said, “It is a good initiative taken by the company. Many

corporate nowadays organize health camps for their employees but

most of them consist basic check-ups. Arranging this type of facility

and extensive checkups at the workplace are very rare. It benefitted all

the employees who generally keep their health in the back seat.”

Jakson wishes to provide continuous wellness and quality of work life

to its employees and foster healthy workplace for employees with

many more such events in future.

National Safety Week was celebrated from 4th March to 10th March 2019 across Jakson Group (Kalsar

plant, Kathua plant, G. Noida plant, GTC & at various project site locations) with prime motive on

encouraging safety culture and best practices at work place.

The Campaign aimed at renewing the commitment of employees and general public to work safely

throughout the year. The ultimate objective of the campaign was to ensure integration of HSE in work

culture and life style. The activity saw active and enthusiastic participation from Jaksonites across all

locations which is an encouraging sign.

a. Ensure that safety and health are integrated in work culture and life style.

b. Renew the commitment of the employees towards safety and health at workplace.

c. Achieve greater participation of the employees in HSE activities.

Holi is an important festival in India. It is a colorful festival

of bliss and enthusiasm.

We trust that one of the key measurements of being in a

multi-cultural working environment is celebration of a

variety of festivities from over the world. On that note Holi

Celebration inside our office helped us in fostering a

feeling of fellowship among team members. Celebrating

the festival of also helped us to move out from our daily

work stresses and gear up for a fresh start with renewed

energy and enthusiasm.

We played with Gulaal - a shade of harmony & distributed

sweets to all the employees. There were a heap of feelings

noticeable all around and we captured all of them in our

memories.

KATHUA AND KALSAR PLANTS ACHIEVE RECORD PRODUCTION

Our genset manufacturing plants in Kalsar and

Kathua registered record genset production in the

history of Jakson in calendar year 2018-19. Since it

was a year of excellent growth for the business, the

manufacturing teams at both Kalsar and Kathua

worked in tandem with sales team to dispatch

gensets as per commitments made to clients.

Teams worked in round-the-clock shifts to ensure

March 8, Jakson organized medical

camps & awareness programmes on

menstrual & personal hygiene for

women & school girls at Kasna (Uttar

Pradesh), Kalsar (Gujarat) & Phaltan

(Maharashtra). Approximately 300 girls

and women from nearby communities

attended the camps and benefited from

this programme which was held in

association with Max Foundation,

Ashirwad Seva Kendra & Dr Asha

Gokhale, a senior medical practitioner

from Pune.

Over the last few years, Jakson has been building new businesses and consolidating

brand Jakson as an energy & engineering company.

In line with this thought process, it was decided to relook at our logo and tagline. We

believe that as an organisation we have matured in our journey since 2012 and the

tagline is now really a part of our values & culture and as such we are now going to do

away with it and retain our logo with Jakson with no tagline.

The change is effective starting April 1, 2019
