The AMS-IX Partner Program enables third parties to resell AMS-IX ports anywhere they have infrastructure connected to the Internet exchange. Through this program, parties can peer remotely with any of the other networks connected at AMS-IX. About AMS-IX Established in the early 1990s, AMS-IX (Amsterdam Internet Exchange) is a neutral and independent Internet Exchange based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. AMS-IX interconnects over 600 IP networks and its business traffic has a peak of over 3 Terabit per second, making it the largest Internet Exchange in the world. The AMS-IX platform provides a professional, high-quality, non- blocking peering service for types of IP traffic, from regular IP data to video, cloud services and voice. AMS-IX hosts the first mobile peering points worldwide: the global GPRS Roaming Exchange (GRX), the Mobile Data Exchange (MDX), and the first interconnection of IPX networks (Inter-IPX).
