GOALS
These are our high level goals we have to address our issues
Objective 1:Safety in Communities
To mobilise 16 communities to work together for the
well-being of their children through SuperClubs by 2015
Objective 2: Quality care for children
To equip 30 % of organisations working with children to provide
quality care, through healthy, well functioning
systems by 2015
Objective 3: Church Mobilisation
To engage and mobilise 40 churches to respond to the needs of the children at risk in their community by 2015

Objective:To ensure 80% of the ECD centres linked to the network are empowered to comply with DSD requirements by 2015
Quality learner support for basic education
Objective: To ensure 1500 children from Grade R to 12 have access to quality learner support through homework clubs by 2015
Activities :
•ECD Focus group•Map ECD members & city stats•Partner with DSD•Explore grassroots QIS for daycare centres•Develop grassroots Early childhood development training course •Train daycare centres in QIS and ECD

•Expansion of Homework clubs•Training in learning styles, numeracy literacy•Partner with schools and WCED•Parent literacy and support •Develop HWC manual •Resource mobilisation•QIS

collaborative action by 2015
