Because Of has the same meaning but different use with because.

Because Of is followed by Noun / Gerunds

Because followed by Clause

In spite of has the same meaning but different use with although and even though.

In Spite of is followed by Noun / Gerunds

Although is followed by Clause

Expresses an idea that is in contrast/in opposition with the main clause
