QUO VADIS DAYS & DUC IN ALTUM

Catholic young men ages 15-19: Do you know where your life is going? The Lord Jesus has a great plan for you! You are invited to attend the Quo Vadis Days camp to spend time with other young men your age looking at the Lord’s call in your life while having fun. QVD is led by priests and seminarians of the diocese June 10-14 at Belmont Abbey College. Cost $150, registration deadline June 3.

Catholic young women ages 15-19: Do you know where your life is going? Do you have a desire to grow deeper after the role model of our Lady? You are invited to attend the Duc In Altum camp to spend time with other young women your age looking at the Lord’s call in your life while having fun and receiving the tools for a strong prayer life. ANNUAL MASS FOR THE MILITARY

His Excellency, Bishop Peter J. Jugis,

will celebrate a Mass for US military personnel on Monday, May 27, 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Patrick. The Mass (and 10:30 Rosary) will be offered for all military personnel: deceased, active duty, or retired. Military personnel are encouraged to come in uniform. Photos of deceased, active, or retired personnel will be displayed in the Cathedral.

To include your service member, preferably in uniform, please mail a photocopy of them with their name and military rank on the back of the photocopy to Nancy Weber, Office of the Bishop, 1123 S. Church St., Charlotte, NC 28203 to be received no later than May 23. (Do not send originals as they will not be returned.)
