Conclusions• Gov. have legal obligations and public health

imperative to include these groups in NSPs and funding proposals

• Their inclusion may have positive direct effects for host pop. as int’l and UN agencies often have strong logistical capabilities that could benefit both pop.

• Given recent developments in Global Fund and HIV funding in general, HIV funding situation for forcibly displaced persons may worsen
