information current to help us deliver your correspondence in a timely manner. To obtain your registration materials onsite, bring a copy of this confirmation with photo ID to the Registration area in Pavilion 4 at

the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) in Parque das Nações. Registration hours at FIL are tentatively scheduled as:

Thursday, 20 June 2013: 1500-1900; Friday, 21 June and Saturday, 22 June 2013: 0800-1800;Sunday, 23 June 2013: 0800-1700; Monday, 24 June through Wednesday, 26 June 2013: 0800-1800

All registration hours are considered tentative and subject to change.

For security purposes, photo identification (driver’s license or passport) is REQUIRED to obtain the registration materials for thisRegistration ID. Registration materials will only be distributed to those registered under the respective Registration ID.

RI reserves the right to check photo identification at any time during your attendance at the convention. Random spot checks may

be made to compare badge information with photo identification. Badges that do not match photo identification will beconfiscated without refund and refused entry. RI reserves the right to inspect all purses and bags. Registrants may refuse inspection;

RI reserves the right to prevent entry.

If you have not completed payment, you will be assigned to an opening plenary sessionwhen payment is completed. Groups who have identified themselves in advance and have registered their participants together as a group will all be assignedto the same opening plenary session. CORRECTIONS & CANCELLATIONS Corrections – If you find any discrepancies or require corrections, return this confirmation with the corrections marked to RI

Registration Services via [email protected] fax: +1-847-556-2194. Corrections must be received by 31 March 2013.After this date, all corrections will be made onsite.

Cancellations - RI will refund cancellation requests received through 30 April 2013. All registration cancellations are subject toa service fee equivalent to US$50. After 30 April 2013, registration and ticket fees will no longer be refundable. RI RegistrationServices must receive cancellations due to nonissuance of a visa by 26 june 2013. All cancellation requests must be submittedin writing to RI Registration Services via [email protected] by fax at +1-847-556-2194. Telephone cancellations will notbe accepted. RI will refund registration and ticket fees if the 2013 RI Convention is cancelled, but takes no responsibility for travel or other related costs incurred by registrants and their guests. This document is to inform you of a balance due for the RI Convention in Lisbon, Portugal and/or its preconvention

meetings. The reason for this balance is: Payment Information Not Provided If you have recently submitted your payment in full, please disregard this notice. This letter must accompany your payment. Do not send cash. For payments made by check, RI office, or fiscal

agent, include your name and Registration ID (56272) on the form of payment or receipt. Payments can be madeby one of the following methods:1. RI convention event tickets will be sold onsite to convention registrants only on a first-come, first-served basis, based

upon availability. If ticket fees are not paid in full, in advance, with the registration fees, the tickets will automaticallybe cancelled.

Rotary International is the world’ s first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in34,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and

internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training,promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.

The primary purpose of the Rotary International Convention is to stimulate, inspire, and informRotarians at an international level while advancing the strategic goals of the association. It is also theannual business meeting of Rotary International. The convention program includes preconventionmeetings, plenary sessions, workshops, forums, entertainment, and other meetings.

This year, Rotary International is celebrating a new era of service by holding the convention at the FeiraInternacional du Lisboa (FIL) in Lisbon.
