Configure a new profile using IMAP to receive email in Microsoft Outlook 2003
Start MicrosoftOutlook 2003.
Name your profileand click OK tocontinue creatingyour account.

Choose Add a new e-mail account andclick Next.
Choose IMAP andclick Next.

Fill in yourinformation andchangedomain.suffix toyour own domainname (i.e.customer.se orcustomer.com) andname to your e-mailaddress. Then clickon More Settings.
Check My outgoingserver (SMTP)requiresauthentication onthe second tab, thenclick on the fourthtab Advanced.

Change Outgoingserver (SMTP): to2525 - this is a veryimportant stepotherwise you willnot be able to sent e-mail. Enter INBOX inthe space for Rootfolder path and thenclick OK.
Click Next to get tothe last step in theprocess.

You have now created your account and will be able to send and receive mail using IMAP/SMTP in your MicrosoftOutlook 2003 client.
