But everyone feels insecurity consciously and subconsciously , this will start mainly with self-doubt on your ability or weakness.

So knowing your strengths &

weaknesses is important.

Valuing your skill is also very important.

Home work (practice) The finest way to build confidence in a given area

is to devote energy in it and work hard at it.

If you are unsure about your ability to do something – speak in front of large meeting.

List your strengths and weaknesses & where your are good at & not good in.

Individually, rate yourself on each skill listed in the sheet.

& identify where you need to put efforts.

Find out of your own approach

Confident people aren’t only prepared to practice , they’re also prepared to acknowledge that they don’t - & can’t – know the whole lot.

Instead of agonizing about what others might think of your work, concentrate on the unique perspective you bring.

Get opinion when you want it .. Asking someone who cares about your

development as well as the quality of your performance to tell you what he/she thinks. Be sure to pick people whose feedback will be entirely truthful.

Also remember some people need more support than others, so don’t be shy about asking for it.

Take risks Try things you don’t think you can do. faliure can be useful for building

confidence.

Don’t assume you should feel good at all time. In fact, stressing yourself can be the to grow.
