Abstract/Session Description:

As a Provider it is essential to determine the diverse needs of your agency and tailor your Therap implementation based on those needs. Each agency needs varies and range from licensure requirements, personnel and IT infrastructure.

Therap Implementation Strategies adapts Project Management key elements that will guide the provider in identifying stake holders, user needs, resources, implementation tasks and objectives, implementation schedules, deadlines and milestones.
