We run conferences from 10 to 1,000 guests, and our newly refurbished spaces in

our Berkshire Stand are perfect for conferences from 10 to 100 delegates. Adding

to this our newly built Owners Club – a light and contemporary space for up to

220 – while our Racegoers Suite can hold up to 500 in theatre-style layout. Plus,

we have over 30 syndicate rooms to support larger conferences with separate

areas for meetings, workshops, seminars and breakouts.

Our multi award-winning catering team, renowned for its first-class raceday

dining experience, serves up the same level of quality, dedication and service for

our banqueting events. Lay on an exclusive private dinner for up to 40 guests in

the Royal Box. Run a breakfast seminar or corporate lunch for up to 220 in our

Owners Club. Or hold the perfect awards ceremony for up to 500 guests in our

Racegoers Suite.

With acres of outdoor grounds, including lawn and tarmac areas, Newbury

Racecourse makes a truly stunning backdrop for any outdoor event. How about

The Lodge is our new 36-bedroom hotel. It provides the perfect overnight

accommodation for event organisers and delegates, at preferential rates. Think

luxury cotton bed linen, super-king beds, and a hearty and healthy breakfast to

start your day. It’s also just a short walk from Newbury Racecourse train station. If

you need more rooms, just ask and we’ll be happy to recommend other 3*, 4* and

5* accommodation within 10 minutes of the racecourse.

Just off the M4 (junction 13), Newbury Racecourse is perfectly located to receive

visitors, however they travel. Drivers have more than 3,700 free car parking

spaces. The racecourse has its own mainline train station with direct links to

Reading and London Paddington. Plus, we’re on the bus route from Newbury

town centre. And if you have VIP guests who prefer to travel by helicopter, we

have a special landing area for them too.

The racecourse is clearly signposted and just over 10 minutes from the M4, also easily accessible from the M3

and A34 South of Newbury. There is ample FREE on-the-day parking.

Newbury Racecourse has its own station, one stop from Newbury Station, with direct trains from London

Paddington (approx. 1 hour 40 mins) on selected major racedays and regular connections from the West.

1 hour 34 mins. We also have a helicopter landing area. However use of this is strictly by prior arrangement only
