The new facility is located at 861 Hills Plaza Road, Ebensburg, along route 22 next to the Quality Inn. The phone number for the new location is 814.472.6005. Conemaugh has provided services to patients in the Ebensburg area for over 30 years, aims to increase convenience and enhance the patient experience with the new 40,000-square-foot building. Construction of the new facility was made possible by a $22 million investment by Duke LifePoint Healthcare, Conemaugh’s parent company. The facility brings together current services in Ebensburg, including the merging of primary care offices into one location. Conemaugh Physician Group – Ebensburg Primary Care will now include the practices of Ebensburg Family Medicine, Ebensburg Industrial Park, and Ebensburg Jamesway Road. Specialty services include MedWELL urgent care, corporate care, cardiology, neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, rehabilitation services, and urology. Diagnostic imaging services and blood draw will also be available on-site. The building also features space for community education programs and events. Conemaugh Ebensburg was designed by Stengel Hill Architecture and constructed by Massaro Corporation.

Ebensburg Outpatient CenterNow Open

Conemaugh welcomed physicians, healthcare providers, elected officials, and community leaders to the official opening of the Conemaugh Ebensburg Outpatient Center. Bedside Shift Report ReminderThe Bedside Shift Report (BSSR) campaign is going well, but we still have a lot of calls during BSSR that are pulling the nurses away. We realize there will be calls that are necessary, but please refrain from calling during these times if possible. Nurses are still available for urgent or emergent needs.

BSSR times are 6:45 - 7:30 am and 6:45 - 7:30 pm. Thank you!

A free day of fun was offered for the community at the Johnstown Heritage Discovery Center and Children’s Museum. The Conemaugh Career Corner also opened.

Conemaugh Memorial’s Emergency Medicine team “adopted” a family for the holiday season. They gathered monetary donations and purchased gifts for a local family in need.

Staff from Conemaugh’s Primary Care Resource Center donated games, toys, and other items to Mom’s House.

Radiologic Technology students collected donations for the Stockings for Soldiers project.

Acts of Kindness in our community include our own hospital community! The Trauma Team invited Santa to Conemaugh Memorial to help pass out pizzas to staff in all of the trauma departments for their hard work throughout the year.

The employees of the Conemaugh Cancer Center collected over $1,000 for a family in need this holiday season. The donation will assist the family with travel and medical expenses for their child with a rare form of cancer.

The employees of the 7 Ashman Nursing Unit collected monetary donations for a family in need this holiday season. The donation will assist with needs for a sick child.

Employees on the 8 Rose Nursing Unit held a fundraiser selling boxes of cards. Over $1,200 was raised to benefit the Shop with a Cop program.

Employees on the 6 Ashman and Rose nursing units provided Christmas gifts and monetary donations for a local family with two young sick children.

Conemaugh Meyersdale Medical Center and Meyersdale Family Health Care employees donated Christmas gifts to the local Angel Tree Program. The program identifies local needy children in southern Somerset County. Medical center employees shop and donate the gifts in an effort to make everyone’s holiday season brighter.
