on your E-Fax• Fax permissions are set by your company’s administrator

MyForms is here to help you at anytime. Select the support button located in the upper right

corner, select a Category and add your comments and Submit. You will receive a

response to your question and or suggestion.

You can start to set up your Fax permissions by first selecting the

Admin tab.

From there select the Fax Numbers tab

Edit• Clicking Edit to the left of the fax

line will open the fax information

Permit Access• Selecting this

checkbox will give access to the user listed to the left.

Email Alert • Selecting this

checkbox will send email alerts to their company email address, letting them know that the above referenced fax number has new messages.

Notifications• Selecting

this checkbox will send notifications to the notification section of the user’s home page.

Permit Access - Outbound

• Selecting this checkbox will give access to the user listed to the left.

• This is how you can set up groups of users, sharing a fax line.

Set as Default Selecting this

checkbox will make the above

referenced fax number this user’s default fax number

Set Permissions• Click the Set

Permissions button in the bottom right to complete, or Cancel in the bottom left if you don’t want to save the permissions.

• You will receive confirmation that Permissions have been set
