EXTERIORNorth Elevation: side façade of the building

-Foundation -overall condition: good -notes and observations: -concrete, covered in a coat of paint -paint is peeling in several locations (CA Figure 1) -no major cracks or apparent structural issues-Walls -overall condition: fair -notes and observations: -walls are brick and covered in a coat of paint -paint is peeling, substantially on the west side (CA Figure 2) -plaster coating under the paint -some efflorescence is present on the exposed bricks -Cracking on the east side of the wall where the north foundation meets the east foundation (CA Figure 3)-Cornice -overall condition: good -notes and observations: -gabled in the middle, the horizontal parts on either side of the gable have brackets and dentils -covered in a layer of black paint, which is cracking and peeling (CA Figure 4)

East Elevation: front façade of the building facing West Street

-Foundation -overall condition: good -notes and observations: -some peeling paint -obscured by plant growth-Walls -overall condition: good to fair -notes and observations: -brick wall covered in a layer of paint -paint is peeling, substantially on the south side and leaving bricks exposed (CA Figure 5) -on the exposed bricks, water is eroding the mortar and damaging the bricks -on the south side of the wall and underneath the cornice -ivy is beginning to grow on the walls (CA Figure 7) -a downspout runs along the north side of the wall -small crack in the wall located in the southeast corner (CA Figure 14)-Cornice -overall condition: good to fair -notes and observations: -cornice has brackets and dentils - covered in a layer of black paint, which is cracking and peeling -water on the south side of the wall is causing paint to peel more substantially on the south end.

-Foundation and walls -overall condition: good -notes and observations: -brick walls covered in paint -paint is peeling, but less substantially than on the other facades -there is a spot in the middle of the wall where bricks are exposed and are eroding (CA Figure 16) -bricks are missing from the chimney and the top of the wall -on the west side of the wall, bricks have shifted and mortar is missing -brick and shingle debris is apparent on the ground in front of the south wall

-Foundation and walls -overall condition: fair -notes and observations: -brick walls covered in paint -paint is peeling in small patches -some efflorescence is apparent on the exposed bricks -some exposed mortar is eroding or has organic growth -a light has been installed on the wall between W6 and W7 -substantial paint peeling on the north side of the wall, resulting from water damage (CA Figure 21) -A small crack is evident on the south side of the wall near the foundation -mismatched bricks to the left of door D2 show a previously existing door or window (CA Figure 22)-Door D2 -overall condition: fair -wooden door with 18 glass panels in a 3x6 configuration -no cracked panes of glass -window glazing is cracking (CA Figure 19) -paint on the door is peeling -door hardware is missing (CA Figure 20) -wooden pedimented door trim -the top of the trim is missing, leaving the bricks and lintel behind exposed (CA Figure 18) -paint is cracking on the trim (CA Figure 20)-Windows: W6 and W7 -overall condition: fair -notes and observations: -1 over 1 double hung wooden sash windows -there are mismatched bricks under the windows, showing the original height (CA Figure 17) -W7 has some rotting wood on the window sill

West Wall:

-Wall -overall condition: poor -notes and observations -plaster walls covered in wallpaper -most of the plaster has crumbled off, leaving the brick exposed underneath -the remaining plaster has cracks in it (CA Figure 39) -the exterior brick wall around the door is visible, as well as the lintel above the door (CA Fig. 38) -discoloration and organic growth are visible on the bricks (CA Figure 36) -bricks at the bottom of the wall are starting to crumble and the mortar is missing (CA Figure 37)

-Door D2 -overall condition: fair -notes and observations: -wooden door with 18 glass panels in a 3x6 configuration -paint on the door is peeling -the lock is intact but there is no door knob -paint is peeling off of the muntins -paint on the door is cracking

Room 2: side hall containing the front entrance and the staircase to the second floor

North Wall:

-Walls -overall condition: good to fair -notes and observations: -plaster walls covered in wallpaper -wallpaper is peeling off of the wall, leaving the plaster exposed -there is cracking at the top of the plaster where the wall meets the ceiling (CA Figure 45) -the wall on the west side curves to meet the west wall of room 2-12” base molding -overall condition: good -notes and observations: -wooden molding covered in paint -the trim is dirty and requires cleaning -the paint is beginning to peel off of the molding-Staircase -overall condition: good -notes and observations: -the staircase is dirty and covered in debris, requires cleaning -paint is peeling off of the balusters -there are dings and scratches in the newel post (CA Figure 48) -the plaster under the curved part of the stairs is cracking (CA Figure 44) -there is a decorative wooden pattern on the side of the stairs that is in good condition, the paint is beginning to crack (CA Figure 47) -paint is peeling on the stair risers. East Wall:
