Conditionals Form
The conditional sentence (if clause) expresses a condition and always comes with a main clause. If it is sunny, I will go to the beach.(if clause) (main clause)
Zero Conditional
Metals expand if you heat them.(main clause) (if clause)
First Conditional
If I have the money, I will buy a car.(if clause simple present) (main clause simple future)
Second Conditional
If I had the money, I would buy a car.(if clause simple past) (main clause would + verb)
Third Conditional
If I had the money, I would have bought a car.(if clause present perfect) (main clause would have + past participle)
*** The IF CLAUSE can start or end a sentence: If I need money,I will call you. Ill call you, if I need money.
