Annual Meeting Registration Rates To qualiy or early-bird rates, registration orms must be postmarked no later than Feb. 18. Registrations postmarked ater Feb. 18 and received by April 15 are eligible or the advance rates. Ater April 15, registration is only available on-site at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX. Do not mail or fax any registration forms after April 15. Badges/Ticket Information Badges will not be mailed to attendees or the 2011 AAM Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo™. All badges and tickets will be available or attendee pick up at on-site registration in Houston. Cancellations/Refunds All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation requests received by AAM before April 15 will receive a full refund of both registration and event fees. Cancellation requests received between April 15 and April 30 will receive a 50 percent refund of registration fees only. Event fees will not be refunded after April 15. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after April 30. Fellowships Individuals who have been awarded a ellowship or a discounted or complimentary registration must submit a registration orm by ax or mail to take advantage o the ree or discounted registration. A copy o your award letter must be attached to the completed registration orm. Payment or any selected additional events must be included with the registration orm. Financial Assistance Fellowship opportunities are available oering varying degrees o fnancial support to museum proessionals, volunteers and students.
