The typical Concordia Language Villages learning experience
includes all aspects of language and culture. Each learner
progresses at their own pace. Cultural simulations, role plays,
culturally authentic meals, presentations, and discussions all
contribute to increasing cultural competencies. The entire
immersion experience is driven by outcome-based goals
and objectives.

Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn. offers two global majors,
nine languages, an on-campus international community and
extensive abroad programs. Additionally, Concordia’s Offutt
School of Business is an undergraduate business program
grounded in the liberal arts with an emphasis on developing
global understanding.
Concordia Language Villages, a program of Concordia College,
has been promoting global citizenship through the study of
language and culture for over fifty years. 11,000 youth, adults
and educators participate in immersion programs annually
in 15 languages.
