assigned topic. Do not put in too much material that is too

technical. Emphasize the following points in your

research:History of the Operating System

How does it compare to other operating systems – particularly its competition. ○ (reasons for popularity or unpopularity with users)

Presentation Mode Make a PowerPoint presentation on your topic and present it in

one of three ways:

Live presentation in class.

Presentation by means of a website created on a host site: (www.weebly.com)○ Do not merely use links pointing to another site. Organize your

research as pages within the site.○ PowerPoint file for presentation will be attached to the site.

You can even use an ordinary digital camera to record your live presentation or voice over presentation of the PowerPoint file to post on the site as an attached file. Members of a group do their individual recording at home and then forward the files to the leader for organization on the site.
