INTRODUCTION
Composites
Composites material are material that made from two kind of material , so it
can have properties and benefits that are different from the original form.
Example of composites :
( Airplanes wing are made from aluminum and plastic polymer )

Objectives
Making different ice composites and testing their strength
We made 3 samples { sample a , sample b , sample c}
Sample A contains only water.
Sample B contains a mixture of water and tissues .
Sample C contains water , cottons , tree leaves , news paper and straws .
Procedure
CONCLUSION
We can see that sample c is the strongest
Sample between them .
And sample b was strong but not stronger than sample c .
They are strong because they contained materials that made the ice strong besides
sample a that contained only water .

CONCLUSION
We conclude that most of the martials are made of composite materials that make new properties which could help to establish new composite that could benefit us as a human being .

Objectives
Testing the strength and flexibility of materials
PROCEDURE
We had 5 materials plastic rod , nylon rope , wood rod ,
spaghetti and steel rod . And we tried to test the difference between their
strength and their flexibility .
Flexibility Strength
1) Nylon rope 1) Steel rod
2) Plastic rod 2) Nylon rope
3) Wood rod 3) Wood rod
4) Steel rod 4) Plastic rod
5) spaghetti 5) spaghetti
CONCLUSION
we can see that the most flexible material is the nylon rope and the
strongest material is steel

Objectives
Making different types of foam composites and test them
PROCEDURE
We made three samples [ A , B , C ]
Sample A didn’t have anything to support it .
Sample B was supported by a reinforcement on one side .
Sample C was supported by reinforcement on both sides .

Sample C
We can see that sample c was the one which showed less deflection .
Because it was supported from both sides .

WHY WE CHOSE THIS PRODUCT ?
We focused on this product because it can help our society alot because the weather in the summer is hot and at the night it become humid and in winter the weather becomes rainy .
So the paint on the walls peels and fall down , so we came with this idea .
TESTING OUR PAINT WITH THE HEAT

Two layer of insulator
( poly styrene )

BENEFITS OF THE PRODUCT
1- Higher quality paint
2-Building will not need re-dyeing as often
3-Resistance to hot and humid climate
4-Economic benefit
5-Multipurpose applications in buildings, towers and in industrials applications
6-Has lower impacts on human health and environment
CONCLUSION
We believe that our product could be revolutionary in the paints industry since higher quality paints will be introduced to the market. Nevertheless, its environmental and economic impacts are distinguishable.
