Gard Mill-EZ™

Flo-Back Composite Bridge PlugThe Gard Mill-EZ™ Flo-Back is a slim design Composite Bridge Plug (CBP), with a built in one way check valve. This tool is set like a conventional bridgeplug. When the pressure below the plug is greater than the pressure above, the check valve will allow the two zones to commingle. The operator can independently treat or test each zone and then remove the flo-back plug in anunder balanced environment in one trip. Because of it’s low metallic content the Gard Mill-EZ™ Flo-Back can be quickly and easily milled and circulated back to surface. This may be accomplished with conventional milling or drilling with a rig and tubing or with coiled tubing.
