COMPLIANCE STATEMENT FOR RELEASE The following lot of Covid-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca Solution for Injection (Coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2) vaccine (recombinant monkey adenovirus vector)) produced by Daiichi Sankyo Biotech Co., Ltd., Japan, whose numbers appears on the labels of the final containers, is comparable and conform to the same quality standard as COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca Solution for Injection registered in Malaysia. As a minimum, the release is based on recognition of the batch release certificate issued by regulatory authority of the releasing country and assessment on the cold chain requirement.
