Educational Philosophy: All children can and do learn…not necessarily at the same pace or in the same manner… I believe that students learn best when there is an effective partnership between the home, the school and the community and that it believes, encourages, supports and expects academic success for all students through dedication, commitment and perseverance!

Educational Philosophy: I believe that each child is a unique person who needs a caring stimulating and secure environment in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, socially and physically.
It is my desire as an educator to help my students meet their fullest potential by providing an environment that is safe and encourages an exchange of ideas. I believe the three major components necessary to establish this environment include the teacher acting as a guide or helper, promoting respect for all people and all
things and allowing the child’s natural curiosity to direct his/her learning.

Educational Philosophy:
All students can learn when they are motivated and when there are collaborative efforts between the school, home, parents, teachers, and the community to work together to provide an atmosphere conducive, challenging and inviting for learning. Students will learn when they have instructional materials presented to them on appropriate levels so they can comprehend and achieve. Students will learn when they can see a reason why they need to learn. In addition, it is my contentions that when students are inspired and can see themselves achieving and being successful, it generates enthusiasm and builds their self confidence for learning.

Educational Philosophy:
As a teacher, I motivate students to do their best and extend their own personal limits. By expanding upon previous knowledge and exploring new, unchartered territory, students increase their future personal success greatly. In my classroom students must commit to a level of performance that challenges them to reach their full potential. My teaching style is best
described as eclectic. While I am always organized and structured, I vary my instructional methodologies to incorporate diverse activities and materials to engage and interest students. I easily establish and maintain an excellent rapport with students and co-workers alike. As a result there is a strong level of trust that develops
which allows me to provide direction in working toward realizing shared goals and objectives. When faced with challenges, I succeed in utilizing a variety of strategies to motivate and encourage positive interaction.

Educational Philosophy:
My educational philosophy is based on progressivism that follows the scientific method approach. I do believe that recognition of the problem's existence is the first step. I also believe that before anything starts, awareness about the problem should be covered. I also believe that a person
learns by doing, doing it once may not be enough. As a Para Professional Special Educator, I will give real experience and opportunities that will be carried out. I also believe that by not putting a person inside a box, more opportunities for learning are available hence making learning more
effective. I also believe in the BF Skinner approach to behaviorism because as young children learn what is right or wrong, adults learn the same.
