working under direct supervision with the firm Design Principal. Review and respond to Request for Proposals, establishing scope of work and required design fees. Worked on multiple project phases, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration. Identify project-specific requirements, defining performance and lighting concepts utilized as based

concepts for project development. Creating lighting design objectives and client presentations utilizing plans/sections and illustrative

graphics. Analysis and study of advanced lighting technologies and their application potential on projects Fabrication of models and mock-ups. Establish lighting portion of owner’s construction budget. Establish and achieve illuminance targets, Lighting Power Densities, lighting-related LEED points, and

create innovative solutions to meet these needs within the owner’s budget. Develop lighting-related architectural details for the architect’s construction documents. Supervise specification of lighting fixtures and lighting controls equipment. Review submittals, create punch lists, and supervise equipment focusing and aiming. Adapt designs as required to accommodate site conditions discovered during construction.
